Have recently purchased the original Santa Maria aquamarine gemstones in a ring and pendant, couldn’t believe that Gemporia could get a hold of such a rare gemstone, and at such a great price ! , absolutely delighted with my purchase, have been a customer since Gems TV started- and I’m still here buying to this day ! Items are well packaged, received within a few days of order.
I recently returned 2 rings that didn’t quite meet my expectations, but emailing Gems was easy, I received a reply shortly after I had sent it and the customer service agent was very helpful.
I have been a customer of Gems since 2020 and wouldn’t look to purchasing jewellery from anywhere else, unless there was something I specifically wanted that they didn’t have… I highly recommend them.

Overall experience
I've never had any major issues with Gemporia since I started shopping with them. Their products are made to the highest standards and quality - what you see is really what you get. Prices are very reasonable. Orders are generally delivered within a few days, appropriately packaged whatever the order. The Presenters will always explain/give background of products to give a clear picture of what one is buying. The Call Centre Team are excellent - very professional, personal and helpful (no complaints there). Overall, Gemporia is a great company to shop with, and I will continue to use and recommend them to friends.

Gemporia is a wonderful company. They sell rare gemstones. I would like a more modern design and a higher quality 9-karat gold alloy. Sometimes the metal changes color or darkens.

The lady from customer service who rang to ask if I'd still like the Type A Lavender Jadeite necklace was really helpful. I couldn't remember which one it was as I'm currently returning one as it didn't match the bracelet I already have. Gemporia's live presentations of their jewellery is always informative and I like the fact that they tells us about the mines that they buy their gemstones from and give information about the same.
