I ordered a bed in 120×200 cm

I ordered a bed in 120×200 cm, which was explicitly confirmed in writing via chat.
Despite this, the seller delivered 135×200 cm, which does not fit the room and is therefore unusable.
After delivery, the seller uploaded a different Proforma Invoice to justify the wrong size, although an earlier invoice and chat confirmation clearly state 120×200 cm.
This is misleading and unacceptable.
Although the order was placed under Alibaba Trade Assurance, no refund was granted, even though the product does not match the agreed specifications.
Very disappointing experience. Trade Assurance did not provide the promised protection.

Yeah the name can be misleading Like…

Yeah the name can be misleading Like they tried to combine German quality and Chinese prices to this online shopping platform. Alright with the second one I don’t have complaints. Prices are really twice as low. About first quality, exactly quality I’d say it’s worth in terms of price to value ratio. I ordered headphones, something for home, and watches from there. Nothing like lasted few days, quality is decent, again as I said for the price that has been paid, it’s alright.Speaking about delivery. Go with express, it will save many nerve cells, paying extra 5-10 euros. Believe me I know

Alibaba.com trade assurance doesn't work. The trade assurance only works if the supplier agrees to refund! If the supplier does not wish to honour as agreed (specifications, etc.) and also does not agree to refund, Alibaba will not refund it.

If supplier fails to ship on time or the product quality varies from what has been agreed upon, you may apply for refund on Alibaba.com within 30 days of delivery. "We will investigate, mediate, and resolve your claim with an aim to achieving a satisfactory outcome, including refunding the purchase if necessary"

Alibaba Trade Assurance does not protect the buyer regardless of the evidence, they automatically side with the Chinese supplier and do not review the evidence. They also do not tell you that to get a refund the supplier has to agree to it! Gold supplier means nothing and verified factory means nothing.

The whole Trade assurance really is a facade. When it comes down to it, Alibaba uses every excuse to shirk its responsibility. Its dispute process is only a way to drag things out and wear down the Buyer until you just have enough and can't even be bothered any longer to fight them.

Alibaba marks an order as delivered automatically within two weeks once supplier says they have shipped the order whether you received the order or not. This action starts the clock for trade assurance which is good up to 30 days after order has been received.

tablet fraud

I bought a 14inch tablet, after the buyer received the money he changed the title to "10.1 inch tablet". I called the service of alibaba, they did nothing to help me even when I proved my case with screenshots. That was the last time I bought any product on that s**t hole of market.

Completely unreliable delivery service

Impersonal service without responsibility.
A product (instrument microphone) for about 160 € never came to me, although alibaba asserted this by means of the international digital proof of shipment. I paid 160 for nothing !!!
From Aliexpress and alibaba I can only advise against. This is also documented by other users! At Amazon, the products at least arrive and the refund works too!

Never again alibaba and aliexpress !!!
