Didn’t provide the products. When I contacted them they offered a refund. Which I have not received yet. Consumer rights state this should happen within 14days. It’s been about a week over that. Now looking for legal advice to help prevent this happening to other people.

I purchased some beauty lids, they came with a no quibble money back guarantee. They were not anything like the picture. I contacted customer service multiple times, the first response was to ask for a picture, their second response was to offer me 30% discount. After I declined that offer, I sent numerous emails and have just been ignored. It’s basically fraud to mislead customers, offer a guarantee and then refuse to honour it. Do not buy from this seller!
Sham Company. Provided inferior product which cost a fraction of the cost to manufacture. No response to emails requesting a refund.

This is fake company they claim to give 60 day money back guarantee - the product I ordered was not as advertised.(eye lid strips) so I have asked for a refund twice - each time it is response from "Rona" who seems to be an automatic generated response. I wrote a review which was taken down . They state they are in UK they are NOT! Please don't fall in to the same trap AVOID don't waste your money.
I believe this is a fake company. Posting on IG and FB. The product they are “selling” is not theirs and does not get delivered. Emails bounce and there is no contact number
