The entire experience was efficient and easy from start to finish. The authentication process gave me peace of mind. The watch is beautiful! I would have given 5 stars but was not happy with the 2% charge for using a credit card. That made the price not as great as I had originally hoped.

Platform is easy to navigate, customer service team is responsive. I have no concerns regarding Bezel positioning themselves as the trusted advisor and hiding the seller’s identity. Making the negotiation/purchase transactional is preferred and effective. Limited disclosure and description language input by the seller is problematic for accountability and requires maximum trust in Bezel given the return restocking fee burdens and tight return turnaround window. My purchase was a vintage piece with lots of replacement parts that were genuine and this was expected, however, Bezel only flagged one replacement part as being of a different vintage despite there being several obvious ones. Again, the piece was vintage and this was expected by the buyer but the disclosure omissions create pause re: the overall review. The shipping and authentication process were fantastic from a speed perspective. Overall, I’m giving a positive review for speed and efficiency and I do not regret purchasing thru Bezel and have recommended the platform but I would prefer a bit more thorough listing disclosure and perhaps a more comprehensive authentication note process.

Fantastic experience with Bezel. I bought a different new Rolex from Jomashop, and they sent it missing 4 very expensive Jubilee links. Bezel on the other hand has every watch they sell be sent for an authentication process. They verify if it is sold as NEW/Unworn, you are getting the watch as it came from manufacturer. Highly recommend bezel, as well as their insurance program. Best in the Gray market game, IMO.

I have little confidence in Bezel and I’m not a fan after purchasing a watch. There was no coordination for ship date and then I received a Tudor in a Rolex box. My confidence in Bezel immediately plummeted. I had to take time to ship back their mistake. They gave me a $100 credit on Bezel for my trouble. Poor follow up when they made a mistake. Zero communication after telling me how to send it back to them. I will tell others to avoid. Poor customer service. Poor delivery service. If you have low expectations, Bezel is fine.

The advertisement/listing was not accurate with the complete “papers” as listed. I wish they did better due diligence with the listing before posting the listing and running a binding auction. Was kind of stuck with it. Got a super small discount but it’s not the same.

I was impressed with the transparency of the company when completing two different transactions for me. They called to disclose issues with the pieces I purchased as the seller represented certain things that were found to be inaccurate upon Bezels inspection of the watch. The candor meant a lot and I did close both purchases as they were able to assist in getting the issue fixed. Very impressed.

Start to finish, this was an amazing experience. The watch moved through the system quickly, and I had it within just a few days of ordering. The inspection team reached out with confirmation of authenticity and some other information about my watch, which I appreciated. The tiny cherry on top I think really made this a perfect experience for me was the team setting the watch to my time zone. Just a small detail that showed care and pride in their work.

Very happy with Bezel. The process was very quick. The slowest part was the seller taking almost a full day to send the watch to Bezel (which in no way is a complaint, it was just the slowest part). The watch was inspected by Bezel very quickly and was shipped to my door overnight. I won a brand new watch at auction so I’m not sure if things would be slower for a used watch, but I doubt it. All in all the experience was fantastic and I will definitely be continuing to bid on watches on Bezel.
