Surprised by the final cost
The purchasing process itself was smooth and the transaction went well overall. I was happy with how everything was handled. My main surprise was the total cost after winning the auction. There were several added fees, some straightforward and expected, others less clear or more cryptic. The final amount was significantly higher than I anticipated at the time I placed my bid. I understand there are service costs involved, but having the full number revealed only after winning left me feeling a bit unsettled. Greater fee transparency upfront would have made for a much better experience.

Honestly, I expected the watch to show with more scratches based on the photos. I received the watch that I won a no reserve auction at a phenomenal price and it has just left me elated. I received the crown and it looked better than the pics and was packaged in such a premium manner. I have been bidding on watches non stop since!

Offered me a refund….
Called and offered me the option for a refund because they couldn’t verify the year the seller claimed.
That was the only issue. It was authenticated and met all the other criteria but they couldn’t verify the year.
Made sure I was ok and offered a refund to make sure I was satisfied. That level of professionalism is why I keep coming back!

I won a bid on Bezel. Upon verifying authenticity they noticed links were missing which was not stated in the ad. The ad was for a complete set including the box and all paperwork. Bezel called and informed me of the situation. They gave me an out but while doing so, they contacted the seller and he produced the missing links and I received my complete set.
