I just think this team in general lacks…

I just think this team in general lacks in wanting to gain more traction. I really like what they do, but when reaching out to see if they would meet with multiple businesses, they seem to have zero interest. Since my company helps other companies, it’s seems they would want to network. It’s a top down and bottom up issue, so .... I just rather do business with someone who is as interested in me as I am them. So when I find another insurance company for startups that is as flexible, I’ll dump them.

Easy to set up and haven’t had to make a claim.

Only thing I don’t like is that if you miss a payment they try to take it again the next day, not always possible to make fund available for next day

Thank you for your review!

You are correct, if you sign up to pay for your insurance monthly, we will deduct that amount from your account every month on the same day you set your cover to start - this is the same as how mobile phone billing usually works.

If your payment fails, you get an email notification telling you that it has failed, and that the system will try again the following day, giving you 24 hours to add that amount into your account. If it does not work the following day again, you would get another email, and we would also give you a call to see if everything is okay. The system will try again a third time, and we will also call again the following day if the payment was not successful.

If this is ever the case for you, you can rest assured that your policy will not be void if you miss these payments over the 3 days, here at Coverly we keep your policy active, so we have your back just in case anything goes wrong.

A first rate service.

A first rate service. I got instant,short term Public Liability insurance that was inexpensive. The phone enquiry line was answered quickly (which is so rare these days)and the staff knowledgeable. Will definately use again.

I was so pleased when I came across…

I was so pleased when I came across Coverly as it is perfect for my needs. As a freelancer working in event marketing, the level of cover I need varies month to month depending on what project I'm currently working on and I have never found another company able to accommodate my needs. I had a couple of simple questions so spoke with a very friendly and helpful team member on livechat, then when it came to altering my policy - I couldn't believe how quickly my call was picked up and both staff members were incredibly helpful and attentive. I throughly recommend Coverly!

Will use again.

Great service and reasonable price for the cover I needed for my business.

Only dropped a star because I couldn't complete online due to a technical website issue, and had to complete by 'phone.

But I will definitely use Coverly again.

I've just signed up with coverly! I was amazed at how quick and easy it was. They were quick to respond to my query as well which is great!
There was no faffing around.... quick and to the point. It was set out clearly and easy to customize.

Great way to take out insurance as a sole trader!

As a sole trader with an online business, Coverly has been great as it allows me to pay monthly and not be tied into a contract for my insurance. This means as my business grows I can easily update my insurance to suit too.

All the conversations I've had with Coverly have also been great, lovely customer service which makes it an even better deal.
