The signs I ordered are brilliant! The team was very helpful and quickly responded to all my messages. The quality of the products is fantastic! I ordered two 30”x30” round signs with different designs. I will probably order another one sometime soon to complete the decorating!

If so, setting the brightness to 100% should resolve the issue. Additionally, could you please provide me with your order number, email, or recipient's name? Our neon sign was delivered quick and it is AMAZING!! I've seen some others at weddings and I loved them but this one appears to be so well spaced and tall. I'm so excited. I got the remote and with outdoor safe because we will definitely use this forever :)

My custom sign was exactly the way I ordered it. The sign was received a week and a half earlier than I thought I would receive it. The sign was received in perfect condition. It was very satisfying when it was plugged in and lit for the first time. It was better than expected.
