I had consulted in many different companies. Custom meet on signs was extremely responsive. They sent me a sample picture. It came in about two weeks. Exactly how I wanted it. We had some back-and-forth discussions through email. They were very responsive and quick to give a lot of information. I felt very comfortable going with this company and I was definitely not disappointed. I can’t wait to see my up and working for the project that I have. Really happy that I went with this company.

I have purchased a sign here before and get compliments on it all of the time. I decided it is time to transition from a 2D painted sign to an eye catching neon sign for the front of my restaurant. I was able to get exactly what I wanted for a good price. During the process, they were very prompt answering my questions and went above to ensure I was happy - Even with the issue of Donald Trump's import tax on American citizens, this was a great purchase for me.

I had a very disappointing experience with this company and strongly recommend that others proceed with caution.

The company clearly advertises their custom neon signs as “cordless.” However, when I received my order, the sign was not cordless at all and still required a cord to function. This was extremely misleading and not what was advertised on their website.

To make matters worse, after already paying for shipping, I was hit with an additional surprise tariff shipping fee that was never disclosed during the purchase process. There was absolutely no transparency about this extra charge, which feels very deceptive.

When I contacted customer support to address these issues, I was given runaround responses with no clear answers or solutions. After explaining that the product I received was not what was advertised, I requested a refund. Instead of resolving the issue properly, they offered me only a 10% refund, which is unacceptable considering the product does not match their advertising.

Between the false “cordless” advertising, hidden fees, and poor customer service, this experience has been extremely frustrating.

I am very unhappy with how this situation was handled and do not recommend doing business with this company.

Extremely easy to work with . My sign had to made in a larger size which I was not charged for :). I wasn’t sure what to expect but once I took the sign out the box I was overly satisfied. Rapid responses and punctual delivery.

Really awesome custom sign, I love it. Pricing is very fair and they were quick to respond as well as quick to ship. They were able to make exactly what I had sent them. They sell both battery operated and plug in signs though so be careful which you choose if you need a particular type.

I'VE HAD MY SIGN FOR A COUPLE OF YEARS (?) AND IT STOPPED WORKING. I EMAILED THE COMPANY AND THEY QUICKLY TOLD ME WHAT I NEEDED...A NEW ADAPTER. GOT IT AND IT WORKS PERFECTLY!!!!! I LOVE THIS SIGN!!!

Custom Neon Signs is a reliable company. They have an open line of communication to answer questions from their customers. They ship your order in the window which the said. Their product is so cute and artsy. I lost my remote, and they promptly sent me a replacement.
