We ordered a sign for the sweetheart table for our wedding and it turned out perfectly! We had one minor issue which was quickly resolved through customer service.

If I could leave a zero-star review, I would. While the sign met my custom specs (applied my logo), it didn't work. There was something faulty with electronics (connections were visibly rusty and dirty). The company refused to offer a refund since it was a custom order. So, I have a $219 sign that was purchased for an event that is garbage.

This is our second time ordering. The sign was priced well and looks great. Communication has always been good. Will definitely order again.

We had a very tight timeline, but the team was able to accommodate our rush order and the custom artwork we provided. While we've always wanted an authentic glass-blown neon sign, we were happy to have found this producer making LED-substitute "neon-like" signs at a much more affordable price point. We were impressed by the quick turnaround of the sign production, from art file to delivery. They worked with us to work around our specific requests when converting our logo into a light-up sign. The final result was a really nice addition to our new space. We'd recommend using them!

Our sign arrived as ordered and presented in the mock-up we approved. It was even earlier than we were told, even with free shipping. However, the workmanship left a bit to be desired. The clear acrylic panel the lights/logo were mounted on, arrived with scratches across it, as if it were an old piece of acrylic that was knocked around a bit before it was used. Or, perhaps the assembler did not take care. While the scratches are not seen when the sign is lit, it is seen when it is turned off. The edges of the acrylic panel also are rough, like it was sawed out, but the flashing never removed.

They were amazing, fast and everything turned out exactly how I had imagined.

I wasn't sure exactly what I was going to get as far as quality and style. I have to tell you they exceeded expectations. Fairly priced and was able to tweak something without a huge uncharged. You'll be glad you ordered from Custom Neon Signs!!!

This is a great company to deal with!! I was not really in the market for another sign, but the first one they created for me was such a wonderful experience, and wound up being such a work of art that I decided to do another.
Again, I just sent them a couple pics of what I had in mind and their artists sent me a beautiful rendering very quickly!! Their communication is excellent and they are very prompt. Also, the shipping was much faster than expected. I highly recommend! Exceeded my expectations!!
