I submitted the contact form on Digsy's website and a couple of days later Will came and picked me up and showed me several available retails spaces around Central San Diego. Although it took about 6 months to find what I was looking for, we eventually found it and Will got me great terms on the lease. I will engage with Will again when it is time for Achilles Coffee to open a new location.

I had a great experience with Digsy. I was looking for a new office space for my small business. Digsy had several spaces that met my needs, so I signed up. They were very prompt in contacting me to determine my needs. The agent with whom Digsy placed us was knowledgable and scheduled all appointments for us. He also got us a great deal on the space we acquired.

This is one of those online services that seems too good to be true. In fact at first, I thought "what's the angle"? But there was no angle. Digsy simply creates an interface that matches tenants to available listings in their area. It is so much more efficient that having to go through indexes and then individual brokers. After running around in vain for days looking at properties for an R&D space, I came across Digsy through an internet search. Within two hours I received 2 pages of property listings within my immediate area that were all to my specification. We ended up leasing the first property that was shown to us by the Digsy associate, who was by the way very polite, prompt and professional. Incredibly, our new rental property is less than 3 miles from our home office. We were helped through the lease process and given a list of guidelines for city business license, fire dept. inspection, etc. I can't say enough about how well the Digsy service worked out for us. When we'll need to expand the R&D facility we will be looking to them to help us find a larger space. I cannot express more how impressed I was with this service. The response time and organzation of both the service and the agent assigned were exceptional. I was unfamiliar with the different locations and felt a bit overwhelmed on trying to find a space to operate my business. It really helped that they sent an extremely knowledgeable agent that was familiar with all the different areas. Chris Bowen, the agent, spent a lot of time with me. I haven't closed on a site yet, but it certainly isn't his fault. I am impressed that Chris hasn't pressured me as well. He also discouraged me on sites that would have obviously rendered him a higher commission. He understands the value of a long term client, which is rare for most agents. If you are wanting to save time and make a prudent decision on your next real estate transaction, I would diffinitley check these guys out!!!
