I contacted gethomebits due to a error…

I contacted gethomebits due to a error online, i spoke with Declan and stated that I had seen a advent online selling a smartphone for £10, and when the purchase went through the company name changed to gethomebits, I also did not receive any order confirmation. After speaking with Declan at first he said I had purchased a gift card with them and that he couldn’t issue a refund, however after stating that I had not even heard of this company and that I never signed up for membership. Declan went above and beyond and issued me with my refund. I have been made aware that this will
Take 7-10 working days , hopefully my refund will come through. Thank you for helping today

Scamming Process - AVOID!

The whole thing is a scam enterprise. You find yourself signed up to a 'membership' without this being remotely clear and then there are auto-top up payments. When you try to cancel the cancellation period occurs after the next top up payment. Canceling your bank card is the only way to prevent this. Avoid at all costs and do not hand over your details.
