THIS IS COMPANY IS DEFINITELY A SCAM!!!

Stay away from this company, my mum accidentally signed up on the subscription, which was not what she intended. Cancelled the account and still would like to charge for a lot of money!

NO money refund back, NO respond...

In the end she had to cancel her credit card... If you don't want any trouble, just stay away from this!

THEY ARE NOT A REAL COMPANY!!!!!!

Excellent customer service…

The customer service I have received has been exceptional. The team have done everything they can to fix my issue and I am very happy with the outcome. I appreciate how quickly they responded to all of my questions and the solutions they provided.
