Membership cancellation request
I wanted to cancel my membership and the online chat was not as helpful as I'd hoped but they said it would be escalated to the customer services team. The next day a very helpful lady called Violet called me (twice in fact as we got cut off) and then sorted out an immediate cancellation and refund for me. Thank you++
