We are in the US and didn’t realize it was a UK company until we pressed submit, complete with our desired delivery date. Get Laid Beds has been communicative and helpful from the get-go, especially Grace. Our bed was a couple days late, but that was because of (stupid) US customs and nothing Get Laid Beds did incorrectly. My partner and I put the bed together yesterday in a couple hours. Neither of us are handy. But the instructions were clear and the process not difficult. The bed is sturdy and beautiful and exactly what we wanted. I couldn’t be more pleased. Thank you Grace and everyone at Get Laid Beds.

I had conducted an extensive search for a suitable king size, attractive, wooden bed without a headboard, that had a high weight capacity, and had matching wooden under-bed storage drawers or boxes. After discovering your website, my long disappointing search was done. Besides having a fun catchy name, Get Laid Beds has it all and for reasonable prices and a very reasonable shipping cost! I didn't need nor want to pay for a headboard because I already had an antique bedroom set with a beautiful headboard. Get Laid Beds has a great selection of attractive wooden beds that are versatile and compliment numerous decorating styles, and even with under-bed storage options. The craftsmanship is very evident. In my search for the perfect bed, I have found that so many beds are poorly-built, use cheap, flimsy materials, make stress noises, and don't last. Their maximum weight capacity is totally inadequate, especially for supporting larger mattresses, two adults, the bedding, and perhaps one or two small pets! Get Laid Beds did the math and got it right! Besides having great products, Get Laid Beds has great customer service. My sales rep, George, was outstanding. He was kind, knowledgeable, professional, and very resourceful. He assisted me with my bed selection and obtaining this bed on sale. I am planning on referring Get Laid Beds and George, in particular, to anyone who might be interested in getting a new bed. I have already referred my brother to your company as he is replacing his old broken-down bed. Thank you George and Get Laid Beds for happily ending my long exhausting search for an exceptional bed.

Amazing bed, I ordered solid Beech. a very strong wood. Great Customer service by George Dax , he was very helpful. George helped me order taller legs and headboard legs. After assembly I realized would love it higher. My fault ,in USA we use inches. I can't recommend this company enough . They have so many styles, colors and a generous weight limit. My older daughter put this together . Fast and very easy. Everything fits perfectly.

This bed is amazing. My wife and I are tall people, and we both work out. This bed is sturdy enough for us and looks good as well.

I had an issue with the central rail and reached out, they replaced it and helped by getting support legs for it.

First the bed is great and very solid. It is the second bed I have purchased from Get Laid beds. Second the customer service is great. The side table was separated from the rest of my order during shipping and I was concerned it was not coming. It's due to be delivered today, a week later. It was the couriers issue not GL. They were wonderful. Steven contacted FedEx and figured out all the details and communicated it all back to me. Great company that sells a great product.

I have a low window and needed a headboard that would not interfere with the window function. I reached out see what options were available. Elisha responded and was able to help me order a London Storage Bed with a custom headboard height to perfectly fit my needs. Excellent company and customer service. Definitely recommend.
