Very happy with Get Laid Bed's products and service. This is the third bed purchased from them, and they are all great. There was a minor problem with an item shipped this time, but Steven took care of it right away. I would recommend these solid wood beds to anyone who is looking for great quality at a reasonable price with excellent customer service.

Steven has been outstanding in responding to my issue of loosing the instructions of how to put my beds together ( after taking them down for decorating) and suppling some bolts that I had mislaid. He went above and beyond to find my original order (4years ago). What a great company.

I already have an oxford bed for a year, and just bought another. The bed is great quality, and the service is very friendly. I bought both by beds at a 30% discount during sale events, so they were quite well priced for a solid wood bed. Also special thanks to Nicola for answering my questions and very swiftly helping me place the order.

I bought the oxford bed with under bed drawers for my daughter in 2022. We have never had any issues with it and have enjoyed using it for over 3 years. Recently my daughters were jumping on the bed and one of the side panels broke in half, right in the middle at its weakest point. I reached out to the company about buying a replacement. Chris responded back to me within a few hours and asked for pictures which I sent. Then Steven reached out to me that they are going to replace both side panels for me free of charge. I am so grateful and feel blessed to have bought this bed from this company. I plan to get another one shortly for my other child. Thank you!!!

About 6 months after we got our bed frame, we were having some back issues. We emailed the customer support team and George responded within a day. He was professional and kind, responding with empathy and without blame. Turns out that we installed our bed frame incorrectly. They issued some new boards and supplied direct instruction so we didn't make the same mistake again. It was incredibly refreshing to have someone care and help us fix our bed frame. Since getting the new boards (and installing them correctly this time), we're back to having well rested nights.

We bought the Low Oriental Bed. The bed is very well made, solid wood, and no toxic finishes. The customer service is also excellent. We had a small issue with one piece that arrived damaged, but Nicola responded quickly and was very helpful.

Lewis did a lot of converting dimensions for me . Then It was customized and he wasn’t bothered at all with the additional answers he had to provide.
