I downloaded the Program but the Product Key did not work so I could not activate Publisher. I E-mailed the company & replied. Ron told me he would fix things, they gave me a new program along with a new Confirmation ID. Everything worked out ok, now I have my Publisher program & am very happy with the outcome.

Ray was awesome. He helped me out on how to get Microsoft word onto my computer (I'm not very tech-savvy) and he was very kind in doing so. 11/10 customer service

I bought Office 2016 for Mac which, for some reason, just kept coming up with installation issues.
The online support was excellent at resolving the problem quickly and without any hassle at all.

I ordered a new Windows package and tried to install it myself. No chance! I really am not I.T. literate.

The site offered a variety of MS Office products at great prices. Stacked with a discount code they were offering (Women's Day), I didn't bother to look elsewhere but to buy it from their site immediately.

Although the site did not offer to pay by credit card, it did have options for PayPal. I had some problems with PayPal, but I was able to complete the transaction.

Since I did not get the product code in the email, I contacted their customer service through the chat service on the website. After about 3 minutes I was attended to. "Joe" was helpful and immediately resent the code to me. Although I had closed the chat after thanking him, he reopened the chat and remained online on standby to make sure I did not have any further problems.

Moreover, they assign one dedicated assistant per customer and Joe said I could get in touch with him for any other issues. This is unheard of in any other online services, so it is much appreciated.

I would highly recommend buying from GetMSOffice, given their very low prices, genuine products (my product code for Office 2019 is authenticated at Microsoft and linked to my MS account), and great customer service.

Joe was a great help! Instead of trying to fumble through some activation issues he just stepped in and fixed it. Quickly, professionally, and completely! My applications work great now!

had a little trouble activating the software I just purchased cos I didn't read the instructions that came with the email! Daniel at customer service chat was very helpful and sorted it out quickly.

Pleasantly surprising.

I've never bought software online and was hesitant to commit to a purchase, however it was a very painless process and Joe in customer services was a dream to work with. I ran into a problem with the download however Joe fixed the problem promptly for me and was very polite whilst doing so.

The support guy Joe was great - he helped me with the software and stayed online while he was needed. This contrasts with another online support person on the same day (at another company) who couldn't get offline quick enough. Joe even gave me a refund because I'd made a mistake in ordering a product I already had.
