Great service and delivery arrived on time.

Very easy and efficient service. Shipped a few boxes from the west coast of the US and they arrived ~5days later in the UK. Very responsive customer service too, via both email and WhatsApp. Would highly recommend.

Very good service all my parcels were delivered to Canada in 4 days.
I have one bit of feed back for the company , please inform customer earlier if the couriers are not coming to pick up on the date , as a little frustrating

The website is very simple to use, I simply entered the country and postcodes for sender and receiver to get an initial quote. I then completed the booking within 2 minutes and my parcel was collected the next day. The courier was very friendly and helpful. He signed the relevant documents, leaving a copy with me. This was collected on a Friday afternoon in the UK and my sister received it in Melbourne the following Tuesday. I had regular email updates throughout the process & the tracking information was always up to date. Super efficient service and would definitely recommend for customer service and speed of delivery.

Got my parcel to Australia quickly and without any issues. They were helpful with any questions I had, especially regarding customs etc. And kept me updated on the location of my parcel from pick up to delivery. Would definitely use this service again.

Great service for sending 2 x suitcases from London to Australia. Good communicators. Only downside was that we had to be home all day as pick up time not guaranteed. We booked the service last minute (on a Thursday and we were leaving London on the Sunday) so was very happy when they picked up our bags on the Friday! The bags made it to Australia quickly.
