I started the process on December 28th, they picked up the suitcase on December 30th, and as promised, they delivered it on January 2nd. It may have been handled a little roughly as a few objects on the inside were a bit dented, but it'll teach me next time to put a little more cushioning around objects. Overall, excellent service and definitely very happy not to have to lug it through airports as I would've had to otherwise.

I saw a lot of recommendations for Getmyparcel.com by people in Chicago needing to ship packages to and from the UK. The recommendations were correct. Nice and easy to print the labelsand to request a pick up even during the Christmas period. The driver turned up nice and early and was great. The packages were picked up on Monday and delivered on Thursday despite it being Christmas week.

1st time shipping with GetMyParcel! Parcel picked up Thursday late afternoon from Highland Park, IL US, delivered on Monday to Essex, UK. Brilliant! Will definitely use this service again!

Recently used parcel service. And everything from customer service to delivery was flawless, couldn't expect better. Was worried, as I think it's normal, because it was my firts international shipping, but definitely not the last one. Online team put me at ease, answer all my questions, concerns.
