Ordered my reg on the 16th May and received an email to say it had been registered with the DVLA on the 17th May since then the tracking has shown order delayed and no correspondence. It is near impossible to speak to an agent. WhatsApp number doesn’t work, they say to send WhatsApp to phone number then when you do you get a message back to say it’s not active and to email instead and then its AI who answer your queries. Finally got to correspond with an agent called Aaron who said it must have gone missing in the post and he will order a new one from DVLA and email when they deceive it. It is now the 6th June and tracker app still hasn’t changed and shows order delayed.
Living in hope I do get the reg I paid for
