Hi Kyle - We're really sorry this happened to your order, it was dispatched on time by ourselves but Royal Mail lost the item during a busy Christmas period until it was found and finally delivered to you. We're always looking to improve and constantly reviewing our suppliers and available postage options and since your order we have added a Guaranteed Next Day service from leaving our office to try and prevent situations like this happening again. All the best, Team GetReg
