The whole description is deceitful. This is NOT AI run by touching a button under collar, it requires batteries under stomach. It is a cheap toy that is incapable of responding in any way -- its bark sounds more like a chirp, it only moves its feet and mechanized mouth. Save your money

I expected a dog more like the one advertised on tv.
Wuffy can certainly tap, walk around and wag its tail but nothing else. It looks good being advertised but does not cuddle or any of the other things. I’m sorry I ever sent for it. It was advertised as hand made but on the dog it says made in China.

Don't waste your money on these little dogs.
This product is nothing like what was advertised. It is in no way an AI device
It requires two batteries and when turned on only yaps and jumps around.
The consumer support person Edilyn was helpful but I'm still waiting for information on how to return this horrible and disappointing item.

The wuffy robot puppy I ordered was…a big disappointment
The wuffy robot puppy I ordered was not like the one advertised. It was a cheap battery operated toy, all it does is move forward making an annoying whining sound. I have seen this kind of toy at markets for under £5. I t doesn't interact as advertised. Poor quality for the price paid. Thank you.

Customer service have been very helpful…
Customer service have been very helpful but the product itself is rubbish for the price . Plus I was shocked at the amount of extra cost that was added to the original price and attempted to immediately cancel the order. I was told this wasnt possible but I could return the item if not wanted. I think £5 would be more than enough for this little dog (and it is very little) It is only suitable for a two or three year old child and I dont think even they would be very impressed.
I have since received a partial refund. However I have asked for a full refund as this toy really is rubbish and nothing like the description. For a start there is no charging cable and no fabulous tricks, it takes two batteries and then waddles along squeaking…that’s it. I intend taking this up with trading standards as it’s a total con.
