GHOST is honestly on another level when it comes to supplements.
What impressed me the most is the flavor experience. It doesn’t feel like you’re just taking a supplement — it actually tastes good, which makes a huge difference in staying consistent with your routine.
I’m based in Brazil, and here the market still lacks products that combine both performance and great taste. Most supplements focus only on function, but GHOST delivers both, and that’s a big competitive advantage.

Love all of the Ghost products! I recently purchased a full case of energy drinks and I forgot to apply my 20% off code at checkout. I messaged the Ghost team and asked if it was still possible to apply and by the next day they processed my discount and made sure I was taken care of. I placed an order for a bundle of 2 whey proteins and a shaker. After hearing nothing for 10 days, I chased them up myself. The response I finally received claimed two of my protein flavours ordered were out of stock — except the flavours they mentioned weren't even the ones I ordered. A basic error that suggests nobody had actually looked at my order properly.
After nearly two weeks had passed with zero progress, I requested a full refund. Simple enough, you'd think. It wasn't. When the refund eventually came through, it was processed in dollars — despite the fact I paid the amount returned in euros. As a result, I'm still out of pocket.
To summarise: a 10-day wait for a response I had to chase, incorrect information about my order, weeks of no progress, and a refund that still left me short. At no point did I receive a proactive update or any attempt to make things right.
I'd strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

I mistakenly placed two orders and only needed to keep one. Contacted support and they immediately allowed me to cancel one of the orders with no issue, even when I was past the cancelation time. Very fast response and no issues!

Had amazon order for amazons review program amazon wasn't really able to help. Amazon sent wrong package, i tried the customer support page for product support that takes you to ghost, and had a quick response within a minute or so, haven't tried the protein powder yet but can say im impressed with the customer service.
