There was an issue with the website/app defaulting the shipping address to my old address, I went through the AI chat and then to a chat with a Ghost customer service rep and they were able to update the mailing address before my package was sent out. They worked quickly to make sure it was corrected before it was sent to UPS to be shipped. Great work team!

So I placed a order for a few things including the Protien cereal, the box arrived very damaged and cereal boxes also damaged, I sent in a email and photos just to let them know so they can maybe fix in future cases didn’t expect anything back. They responded timely and sent me new boxes of the product and my money back which is much more then I expected and really quality service. Very much appreciated this and will continue to purchase from them!

I bought a Ghost product from GNC, got home and it was all clunky. I was starting stress and worry that I would have to sit on hold or email and wait 5 days for a response to get help.
Surprisingly, there was a chat option that I could go straight to a live representative with, and it allowed pictures so I could get the support I needed right then and there. It was quick and stress free. Great customer service! Thanks Tony!
