I have known about ghost through my son Charles. He is a true believer! I trust my son’s judgment because he is a thorough researcher when it comes to supplements. He let me taste his hydration and joint supplements, and I fell in love with the taste. I’m hoping it will give me a little bit of relief due to having osteoarthritis. I actually received a case of energy drinks that was damaged. I sent an email to GHOST, and they immediately responded! Even though I orded through Amazon (who didn't help), a GHOST rep assisted me and resolved the problem. I've never had any customer service resolve a problem so fast. Great overall experience, and will continue drinking GHOST.

I had a really great experience with customer service, specifically Carlos! I made an order end of January and while checking tracking I noticed it hadn’t moved in about 2 weeks after being with the carrier. I reached out and asked if anything could be done because I was really looking forward to receiving my order. Carlos went ahead and re sent my order to me and I received it about 4 days after reaching out to them. It was greatly appreciated!!! Thank you Carlos!
