I bought a phone from the in May, it developed a fault near end of June as I was going on holiday. I have come back and spent an hour on their website trying to contact them through there chat bot and trying to speak with an agent, total joke just takes you round in circles. They have no contact number and no direct email address to get in touch with them, If they do have any of these things then they should make them easy to find.

Absolutely rubbish. 15 GB for £10 so no saving there. Month 1 fine. Used up all data. Topped up said successful, the next morning balance went to zero & said I've used all my credit up ??? What 15 GB in about 10 hours.. no customer service.. no one to help me.. forget it.. stick your lovely jubbly smart arse comments where the sun doesn't shine and get some proper customer service... Lebara here we come

Giff Gaff is still the best for me in the 13 + years I have been with them me and my family are all on giff gaff and still love it. REASON: no contract unless you chose not forced into. Main thing i like is you are in control with your goodie bag . I hate subscriptions and is a turn off to me . Giff Gaff is also a friendly service and a great place to buy new or refurbished phones, I have done both in the 13 years I have been with Giff Gaff . Love the company and Giff Gaff don't stop what you are doing right putting the customer in control. Hope to have many more years with you 100% pleased

Have been with giffgaff for 14 years…
Have been with giffgaff for 14 years now, not anymore, I have been without any phone signal for 6 days now, cannot make phone calls or receive sms messages the O2 mast near me has been down... I am currently stuffed, and yes, wifi was not enabled, the other issue is, I cannot log into my giffgaff account, as I cannot receive sms messages to input the code to log on... The bigger picture here is that, you lose everything if the masts go down, no mobile banking etc etc... Crazy so beware!

The customer is in easy control month by month to choose a bundle that suits. The company will message and let you know if you can make savings on a cheaper plan based off your previous use. Today it’s refreshing they do that for the customers instead of taking extra money from them. Recommend!

I’ve always been more than happy with the service from the time I got my first SIM to changing to eSIM. The community has been very supportive when I’ve needed it. On the odd occasion I’ve required an agents help replies were within in 24hours max, usually much more quickly.
In short great service, great price. Highly recommended
