They have a good selection of products and amenities that are reasonably priced. Diana in customer service is very prompt and responsive, communicating through WhatsApp to help facilitate the order. My international order did not arrive on time, and my gift recipient was available to answer either a call or SMS on WhatsApp. It seems like the vendor, depending on the country, may be the issue.

Wrong flowers delivered without any card to say who from or who to. Paid a fortune for a bunch of insignificant flowers. Not the roses ordered or Teddy bear.

False advertising! Be wary of photos in this site. It is dubious enough that the items in the gift baskets are not itemized. When it gets delivered it is not the same as you ordered.

I have used them over and over...they will always keep me in the loop of delivery, and everyone likes what they receive.

I have had great experiences with Giftsnideas, my sis is studying in Hungary and i send a gift basket, it was delivered on exact date mentioned on thier website and on my specific timing.

Quality is high and they have loved the gift.

I ordered a bunch of flowers for my sister in Beijing from South Africa. The process was smooth. When the supplier didn’t have the stock they let me know and substituted with something even better. I was very happy with the service and will definitely use them again.

The only issue i have is that my order was delivered quite late as i ordered it quite before the actual delivery date and since the product was damaged in transit my gift reached a few days after the actual occasion
I will say the customer support was great and i was kept updated with he details at all times

Everything they show in the pictures n description was changed when delivered. The cake was not the same flavor as selected (reduced the size as well), chocolates were pathetic they delivered Ferry Rose instead of 'Ferrero Rocher' and half the quantity. The bouquet was not even closer to the one selected... Charged very high for disappointingly low-quality stuff, Pathetic! The only positive aspect was the timely delivery.

Very good customer service, few bugs on the website but it's alright they'll give you a call when you E-mail them about a problem, one thing that i didn't like or have noticed, they will not give you a tracking number which is a little odd especially for new customers, it's definitely an improvement if they give you a tracking number when the item is sent out.
other wise everything else was very smooth especially the payment.

love the service , but not the gift that has been delivered. overpriced for the package , which costs at most $15. for a package sold for $55
