The order was delivered 3 days late. I booked for delivery on 23 Jul for my friend's bday. But the order was delivered on 26 Jul. And they didn’t even send the notifications for order tracking.
Highly disappointed by the services.

I ordered the chocolate gift for my friend back to Nepal unfortunately, less amount of chocolates were delivered and I put review for the service. After getting the review, I was being followed up by admin panel and after providing the evidence, they sincerely apologized and offered re-delivery. We didn’t accept the redelivery offer neither we asked for refund, because the receiver was happy on what she got.

They kept follow up and re-delivered the order perfectly with apology. At very first I was not happy with the delivery but the way they approached us and cared about our satisfaction makes me to edit my review. I will definitely use this service again and recommend you guys to use it. Thanks.

At first My gift arrived without card ..and I didn’t get what I ordered . Was little disappointed . But then I was contacted and I got another parcel delivered as I ordered . 95 percent satisfied . The flowers that were delivered were of different type that I ordered for Father’s Day. That was ok, if there was supply chain issue. However the flowers were delivered WITHERED, which is very unacceptable and disrespectful to my father. I was utterly disappointed and cannot be a returning customer.

The flower bouquet and teddy bear you delivered were different from the one pictured on the website. This was disappointing. If not for the colors, I would not have chosen it. However, I do appreciate for delivering them on time with another color-themed bouquet.

The flowers were delivered 2 days late and the green foliage and some flowers were wilted on day they were delivered. My mother said they were in poor condition.

I ordered 2 gifts for 2 people who live at the same house. Wrote a date when I’d like those gifts to be delivered. A week before they suppose to deliver they write an email, asking to deliver 3 days earlier from the date I chose. Not ideal but I agree to this. 1 gift is delivered, then I write them. No response then I’m told they delivered. There’s 2 gifts and the other delivered. Because there’s 2 order numbers then I assume this other gift will be delivered on the originally requested date. The date has come and gone and still no delivery. I’ve written so many emails and the customer service line they always hang up on you. Stay away, I’ve now requested a refund and still no one has replied to my emails.
