Absolutely brilliant
We have only had our furniture for one day but it looks beautiful and is so incredibly comfortable. I took out the insurance offered and this will ensure i can keep it looking as wonderful as it does now. The whole process was easy and communication was great. The delivery was really good too with both men doing a brilliant job in very warm weather. All round superb customer service and i would absolutely shop at Gillies in Perth again.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I am very sorry for the delay you experienced with your click-and-collect order and for the frustration this caused.
To give you some context on what happened, we actually had two of your items in stock at our Perth store, but the third had to be transferred from another location. Unfortunately, the transfer missed our weekly Perth delivery van, which delayed the arrival of your complete order by a week.
We completely agree that our communication should have been much better throughout this process. We are currently reviewing how we handle stock transfers and customer updates to ensure this doesn't happen again.

The whole experience was excellent.
Sales people at the shop were informative and helpful. Having ordered and paid the deposit we were given an accurate waiting time. Arranging delivery was also excellent: we were told the day and then the time of which the delivery would take place. The two delivery men were very polite and professional, and were a credit to the company.
