Great customer Service
I completely messed up the shipping address for my order but experienced a really prompt response and great customer service and the problem was resolved without any issues.
I purchased a gin tasting box as a gift and was kept informed at all stages of delivery and the item arrived on time.
Great product and great service so would recommend

Excellent service from the Gin & Rum Warehouse. All items came extremely well packaged and the quality of the glasses are amazing. You have a very wide choice of alcohol that you can pick for the gift sets with many different flavours on offer.
One downside would be that the personalised writing that is on the gift box are only stickers that may start to crack or peel off over time. Still looks very nice and presentable though!

Hi Carol, thank you for your feedback. Whilst of course we're disappointed to be given a 1 star review, we respond to all feedback, good or bad.
We outline our 3-5 working day order completion information on our website, and also our confirmation emails, and we also advise that during busy times, orders may take longer than usual - we are experiencing very high order volumes currently, and that combined with fewer staff due to COVID restrictions, means sometimes we do sometimes fall short of that 3-5 days.
On this occasion the particular flavour of gin you ordered was delayed by our suppliers, and I do believe that our team communicated this to you via email. I can also see that your request for the refund of the delivery charge because we went over by 2 days has also been accepted.
Personalised gifts take some time to complete, as they are all completed individually and to order - that is one of the reasons why our gift sets are so popular.
I can see that you were responded to promptly by our team on the occasions you got in touch with us.
Whilst of course we don't like any customers to be disappointed, and we do apologise for the short delay, I trust that your order will arrive safely.
