Fair warning
Fair warning. This thing sends a follow request to it's target. But as long as the target does not accept there's no status to watch. This is a scam service, where no service is actually delivered unless the target accepts the follow request. It matches up with the rest of the negative comments here. People are stubborn to believe there is a "hidden backdoor" that allows profiles that where set to private suddenly have a public view on that.
Do not fall for it.

The best application to track private accounts on Instagram
This app is GREAT, after a week of purchasing it said pending so I wrote them and they answered within an hour saying it may take around a month to work, now after almost 3 weeks, when I least expected, It does! I love it.I can see both the private posts and stories I wanted.You just need to wait , but all waiting days are added to your subscription after , they mentioned that in the 1st email.Perfect!

SCAM!! You can't refund if you change your mind. You can't ask for refund after 14 days while the minimum process is 30 days and after those 30 days you don't have access you won't get a refund either. It's ridiculous!
You can't get a refund what so ever and you won't get what you paid for. Not sure how they are still in business.
Do NOT I repeat: DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. You will never get it back and you will NEVER GET WHAT YOU PAYED FOR

This app is a scam
This app is a scam. Don't waste your money here. The support team claims that you should wait, and wait, and keep waiting. They asked ne to wait past the point of where I wouldn't get a refund and never got results. I guess hoping that you'll forget you paid them and you forget to cancel. They emailed me saying my data was received by me through the app, but I didn't receive anything. Take your money and spend it elsewhere!

A Reliable and Exceptional Service
I've been using Glassagram for a while now, and I must say, it's truly a reliable and exceptional service. Although there might be a slight delay in receiving information, their performance more than makes up for it and they are definitely the best story viewer.
The team at Glassagram does an outstanding job of delivering the information I need. What sets them apart, however, is their top-notch customer service. I can confidently say that it's one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. Clear Scam (taking legal actions)
All of those 5 stars comments are fake and you can easily figure that out.
I posted here before and then they contacted me on email because I have been subscribing since June, 2023 and yet, the monitored account is still in pending status! I subscribed on that and Xmobi and asked to refund both of them with total $100 ($50 each) and they even refused to refund because I paid by my bitcoin wallet address. Okay fine I have every evidence and you scammed me for fake services and when I provided you my bitcoin wallet address you refused, then, I'm really talking legal actions against that company for taking my $100 and my lawyer said that I can get a big compensation, and I really advise everyone to do the same and start talking legal actions and don't let those people go take your money.
Edit: after I posted the review, they requested to remove my email.
Don't hesitate to take legal actions against this company guys, just start asking lawyers and you will be surprised by their answers.
And from my side, I will never stop until I get what is mine and I'm posting everywhere beside taking my legal actions against those cheaters
