SCAM

SCAM
They together with XMOBI are scamming pages. They give misleading information via links the service is not provided at all at the end and the payment method is also untrustable missing the 2 factor authentication process. They never reply in case of any questions. Dont trust this site neither XMobi and try to report it on as many channels as you can!

1. When you are lead to the subscription page none of the "small letter " issues is available ( it says "error")
2. It is quite strange that after a negative review some very positive comments appear right immediately from US exclusively with 5 star valuation

It is a shame that they don't even dare to give any acceptable reply and the client has to go on and report these pages on different platforms, authorities, bank etc.

Multifunctional and easy in use

absolutely a scam company

absolutely a scam company, they will never be able to unlock private ig account. They will never refund you money even within 14 days. The way the write up their refund policy is protecting them and not to give any refund. The company is illegal and totally scam.

I was pleasantly surprised

After trying numerous IG viewers, I can confidently say that Glassagram is the real deal. It's not just online but also incredibly user-friendly, and what sets it apart is its ability to provide access to everything - yes, even those deleted stories! Don't waste your money and time on this.

This company promotes IG viewer but its doesnt work. i was charged 3 months of subscription (even after removing my credit card details from the website after the 2nd month) i was continually charged but with no result, to the extend that i have to cancel my credit card from being charged for the 4th months. the status is forever pending. speak with multiple customer officers, same result, no updates.
Really disappointing, waste of time and money.

100% SCAM

100% SCAM. Do not purchase. I got a subscription on Sep 1st. Contacted with their team throughout the process and they keep telling you to wait for "Instagram to reveal their magic". Bunch of BS. I asked them the first day of purchase how long would it take to get the information, and they said 7-10 days. After giving it WAY MORE than enough time, I asked for a refund. They do not want to provide a full refund only 60% for giving NO service. Keep your money and spread the word. I'm thinking of taking legal action because I'm so enraged.

The sad thing about it is that the person who I needed to check could possibly be a guy who attacked my friend.

NEGATIVE ZERO STARS

Update it's now December18th and it's been over six months and still have not received any data on the targeted account PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY!!! They respond with the same bs every single time but bottom line is IT DOES NOT WORK!! The people that are giving this app five stars are being paid to submit these false reviews

If I could give zero stars I would because like everyone else it has been 3 weeks and I can only see the followers and who they are following.I have literally contacted customer service almost everyday and received same response as everyone else Please be patient, IG software is updating blah blah I'm over it and I think BBB needs to be contacted because plenty of articles by multiple sources have them listed as #1 Private IG viewer which is an absolute lie and there completely using false advertising to get money for services they cannot provide I have yet to see one person tht has had successfully received the information they paid for

Do not be fooled!

Wish I had read these reviews earlier. Over two weeks of waiting for me, believing previous excuses as customer service was always “friendly”. Obviously this company is a massive scam!

Update: I have replied to Glassagrams request for additional information. Will update review if resolution reached.

Update 2: As of September 25th I have still not received further correspondence after answering to their reply asking for the ‘additional information’

Update 3: As of October 9th I have not heard from Glassagram to offer any refund for the non-existent service they provide. Stay clear!!!!!!

Negative stars. Glassagram is a Scam

Negative stars.
100% a full scam.
They fail to tell you up front that those 'data retrieval' services take up to 7 days to obtain (if you even obtain it). You will sign up and mnd up paying 50 USD a month, just to get no service rendered. And when you ask for a refund, they say it violates their refund policy. And when you point out that there is no such policy that has been violated, they will say they cant give you for ' personal reasons'. They're customer service is also very poor as they give you lots of attitude for even asking basic questions. Dont ever go to Glassagram. Scam of the century.

Totally deceitful experience

Wow! If I would have read all of these reviews before paying the subscription a month ago, I wouldn’t have fallen for this collective scam. All of the reviews I’ve read so far are totally the same excuses and explanations they have given me.
And they don’t want to make a full refund of my order because they’re claiming a 9% transaction fee by the payment processor. Which isn’t fair because I never received the service for which I paid the subscription. My Dashboard has always appeared empty, in progress and pending. I don’t think this is legal!
Update1: Already sent the additional information they requested “to investigate further”. I requested them a full refund, but their so called “Billing Manager” keeps insisting me to accept their minus 9% for processor fee, which I won’t accept obviously because they’re a SCAM and need to make accountable because they’re a fraud and stealing money from all their customers!
Update 2: As of September 27th, they refunded to my credit card, 91% of my subscription. They insisted that they couldn’t give me a full refund of my subscription because of the minus 9% for “processor fee”.
Update 3: So now they’re paying a Nigerian call center to raise their poor ratings and reviews. Nice try, SCAMMERS from here to Jupiter.

Now pressing charges

This is my 5th edit:

After seeing everything on here, I have also decided to take legal action. This company is doing everything it can to try and sound legitimate, but it is not. They keep saying they can unlock private accounts, but they can't. They are false advertsing. I have talked with an attorney and am taking legal action. For those who wish to join me, I am suing them for $1,000 for time wasted, $50.00 money back, and $150.00 for scamming me. I would suggest that we all press charges against Glassagram so they will go away. We need this website taken down and we need them to pay for their actions. Including using fake people to put up 5 star reviews. These people are disgusting.

100% SCAM

To put it in short: SCAM.

Spent weeks in contact with their customer support, where i was told to give it "a few more days". That turned into a month. When I contacted them to cancel my subscription and request a refund, they're continuing to stall, and said that their refund policy states no refunds shall be submitted after two weeks ( -- when their own tech support people told me to wait longer than that).

First, they tried to say that I wasn’t getting a refund because it’s been more than 2 weeks since my account was active (when they had “paused” the account because they were “still trying to get me my data”). When I pushed back, they said they’d offer me an 80% refund. When I pushed back again, they said they’d offer a full refund minus 9% of “payment processor fees” - which is BS. This “company” makes money off of returning only partial payments. Currently escalating this.

Update to Glassagram’s response to my review:
Glassagram DID NOT “promptly process a refund”, it took almost a month of back-and-forth emails of them stalling and pretending that there’s a “9% payment processor fee” (unheard of, payment processors do not take more than 2-3% which is paid by the vendor, not the customer) to o get them to refund my account.
