Totally fake and deceptive site (glassagram). I have waited for 21 days, way longer than the complainants here but no delivery of service or anything useful. Total Failure, they type the same thing over and over again: The security is more complex than we think, we are trying to find ways passing by Instagram security measures etc etc When they feel their lies are starting to grate on you, they start to use fancier words like "developers are adding a new software" etc etc Customer specialists are fake; probably there are two guys there, eating pizza and making fun of all those poor subscribers. They never admit that they have failed. All good reviews online are probably fake or paid. Please avoid like a plague. I demanded a refund but the more important thing, I feel used and my expectations dashed.

Total scam
Total scam. The private viewing service simply doesn’t work. They repeat the same line ‘it takes time for us to pull the data’ after 8 days I’d had enough. They can’t give a timeline to deliver just continue to state they give 100% results - which reading the reviews below they simply don’t. They always seem friendly initially when responding to customer service queries until you push them then they get nasty and aggressive. AVOID. I have reported to my bank. They are also stalling on a refund despite not delivering what I paid for. Shameful.
UPDATE: they have now offered a partial refund for my dissatisfaction with their non-existent service. But aren’t offering a full refund. Their pleasant demeanour in the public domain does not match the reality.
FURTHER UPDATE: they issued a refund minus 9% for payment processing fees so NOT a full refund by any means. Clearly the scam is the 9% but I couldn’t be bothered to try and fight for it. Long and short they can’t do what they say they can, AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

This is an update of my below review. To summarize I’m speechless!!!
The support service reached out to me after my last review asking if I was ok to let them continuing trying to provide the service and if “ they were to succeed I would have had 2 days to use the service and then I should had to pay for a new subscription to continue using their service”. Sounds good right?!?! Well after few weeks I have received an automated reminder that my credit card was going to be charged in few days…first I immediately checked out if EVENTUALLY they did provide the service but no…I just understood that they reactivate my account for a certain period of time “ for free” and they were going to charge me AGAIN WITHOUT PROVIDING ANYTHING!
Do not give them your money, it’s just a waste of time. Can’t say that is a scam cause they fully refunded me the first time but geez…trying to charge me back again with nothing delivered after 4 months?!?!?…speechless. Stay away from this website. Period.

Really baaaad experience.
I’ve signed up for Private profile service.
After few weeks the visibility on the target was not available yet so, I reached out to the support service. First interaction positive but later I discovered it was just to give you an illusion to receive support ( I assume BOT cause replies where the same every time with minor differences). During the next 3 months I have asked for updates every week and the response was always the same: “ the target profile has high protection pleas wait few days bla bla…” end of the story after the end of the first month they automatically closed my account without any notification and without providing the service, even if they promised to extend the period till accessibility to the target profile. I sent an email asking for explanation and they reactivated my account. After 2 months with same “answer” from the support they closed my account again without notification… speechless.
Really bad service and even if they refunded my 50 Eur, they basically used my money for several months without providing any service.
I have asked for refund before this review and they offered 60/70 % of the money paid…I decided to continue to wait and after I posted the first version of this review cause they had closed my account again without notification, SURPRISE, they refund me all the money paid.
Really bad service and experience, it would be nice to have someone here, to share their positive experience ( private profile) if any…
