I love this site I’ve bought at least 5 pairs of glasses and the have been Perfect! Haven’t bought my glasses anywhere else in years. Keep up the good work don’t change anything.

So far so good! Everything looks great. The Oakley lenses are amazing.

Easy ordering, great price and fast delivery!

Ordered glasses. Received glasses through transit and the left lens was out of frame as well as scratches. Talked to customer service and they let me know that glasses do not have to be sent back, and a new pair would be sent to m. That’s good! However, paying 600 dollars plus, huge dissatisfaction. I need these glasses to see.

Glasses are phenomenal! I ordered them on a Friday and received them by Wednesday, and that was without expedited shipping. Thank you so much! These glasses were two weeks late and the prescription is incorrect.

I bought Versace from lense crafter very overpriced no scratch proof or progressive. 700 the glasses I just received are perfect fit and 1/ 2 the price. Unfortunately the glasses I got from lenscrafters.com were chewed up from my dog, and will never go to lense crafters again.

The prescription was way off. I was able to pop the lenses out the other frames and put them in this frame. Other than that A plus service.

The manual information I provided was incorrect. My order was reprocessed without any interruption in expectations. Final result is a nice accurate look and feel.

Everything was great, up until the shipping of my sunglasses. I know it's not the fault of Glass.com, but gosh it took forever to get them.

Delivery service, good price and quality.

The frames feel like cheap plastic. After my insurance paid for everything I still paid $28. I thought my insurance would have covered the whole thing.

I’d give zero stars if possible. Placed an order for frames and lenses, shows my prescription input on the order; but received only frames. CS is saying that it’s only frames on my order. Placed another review, which they replied to email them; but there’s been no response. Buyer Beware

Selection of frames was abundant and easy to select. Requesting prescription lenses was easy to understand and maneuver through the website. Prices were very reasonable and insurance is accepted. Processing and delivery was quick. Definitely recommended and will use this service again.

Quality is great and shipping was quick. Prescription spot on. What I don’t like is that the frames look nothing like the picture or virtual try-on. They are much much darker with no visible confetti colors. I got these thinking they’d be fun and they are very plain. Disappointed.

I liked the ease of ordering and applying insurance. Nice selection and great sizing information. Process was fast, I got my new glasses in about a week. I love my new frames, fingers crossed I will see through my new lenses better soon. I know with progressives it can take a day or two.
