My just received glasses on a sat today is sunday and theyare not charging back up. I have googled and went through every reset attempt to make them charge. Can you please help??

Website is sketchy. A lot of "bait-and-switch" -
1. Prices of frames show discount but when added to cart, the price is changed.
2. The total amount (for frame &lenses) shown is higher than my calculation. It appears.they apply a near-50% "discount" to my insurance benefits instead of applying the whole benefits amount (not that much to start with)

New glasses
Receiving my glasses in a speedy manner was a plus. The frame isn't exactly like the eye doctors office had that I liked but close enough. The price was great and affordable. Did I mention it was easy to order them online with my prescription and very quick and affordable.

Very pleased I was eager to get them. I worried about the color but when I got them, they're just perfect and I couldn't ask for anything any better and I didn't have to pay those high prices that I have to pay at the eye doctor. The only thing is they're a little bit tight in the back of my head back there over my ear so I guess maybe I need to go get them adjusted a little bit but other than that was great thank you

I received the wrong glasses
I received the wrong glasses, that I could even look through. Tried to speak to a representative, but took me 6 times in chat, to get to someone. Not satisfied, so I demanded a shipping label to return and get a refund. Then was told it was up to me to contact your company to stop my insurance payment.

I was very frustrated after not receiving my glasses in time and then receiving the wrong pair. After reaching out, Leann from the customer service team was very responsive and did everything to correct the error. I now have my glasses and am satisfied with the experience.

Iam so disappointed, very upset!
Iam so disappointed! I paid for Women Versace Glasses that were on sale. When they arrived, they were kids glasses, and the prescription wasn’t the same! I contacted them by phone, in which I was only abled to do a chat! Natasha was no help at all! She disregard that I was sent Kids glasses, the prescription wasn’t the same as I entered it, and then had the nerve to say I uploaded a prescription for contact lenses, which I had never ever in my life had a prescription for contact lenses! She refused to rectify it, she denied ever receiving a prescription for eyeglasses, although they sent me EYEGLASSES and not contact lenses! Then she closes the chat after repeatedly asking me to send her my prescription which I did three times, and in return she sent me a screenshot of CONTACT LENSES RX! I said that’s not what I sent you, and that’s no where indicated on my prescription, she then closes the chat. Mind you I waited for at least 10mins before Natasha even entered the chat.. So I decided to start a new one, waited about 20mins before Bianca enters the chat in which she closes it within 30secs because she said there’s no activity! I then call and luckily gotten through, provided the same information, she had me on hold forevvvvvvver looking into my account, she returns to the line and says. I can get a replacement for the same price or lower, so as I’m searching for a different pair, finally found one, provided to her the glasses info, she then stated, I can’t purchase any sale glasses (EVEN THOUGH I BOUGHT GLASSES ON SALE). In order to receive the replacement! I have to purchase the retail price! For example, if my glasses that I purchased was on sale for $300, but now I find another pair on sale $300 (which will be my replacement) but the original price is $450 I have to buy it at $450 instead of the sale price for $300 which I couldn’t understand for the life of me!! It’s the same price range!! I thought that was very inconsiderate, and I was even more frustrated! I told her I don’t understand, as long as I’m in the price range and besides I purchased the glasses while they were on sale! Had yall sent me the correct glasses and prescription! I wouldn’t be on the phone trying to resolve what yall did wrong!!!!! In the midst of doing so, trying to make me purchase glasses at the retail price. I wouldn’t recommend buying from this website! Waste of money, waste of time!
EDIT: Update- Still haven’t received a return shipping label through email to send the kids eyeglasses back!!!!! Calling and the chat wait time is ridiculously long, not only I received the wrong item, not willing to rectify, nor can I even start the return process! No communication at all!!! Here Iam still stuck with a pair of kids eyelashes/prescription.

I received the product earlier than the original delivery date and the glasses fit well with the first wearing. The draw back is that the transition isn't what I'd hoped. Other than that I please with my selection.
