The seats booked were fantastic.

The seats booked were fantastic.
Transfer to and from the track was convenient and our guide Liza was very friendly and informative.
Hotel included in the package was comfortable and clean. However better food facilities at the hotel was the only negative. Overall booking the tickets and the product received was excellent.

Extremely Disappointing, feel ripped off !

I am/was a long time customer of Global Tickets. Today I received my tickets by E-MAIL ! To top this, the face value is 810 Euros each. I paid over 2,700 Euros for the two. That’s over 1,000 Euro rip off. I paid for the ‘best seat’ package, supposed to be the best package and ALL I got was two E-Tickets ! Appalling. When I bought off them before, I received a package with hats lanyards, physical tickets and some other goodies by post. I guess GreedFlation has reached these guys NEVER again. How to lose a very good customer 101

I wrote to your customer service to ‘complain’ with NO response. You asked me for a review and I did ! Whatever now, you have lost a long standing customer and probably a few more as well as there are other companies out there. I will be leaving tomorrow to travel to the race as I don’t live Next Door to the track and as such, your LATE delivery is actually of NO USE to me. How can you be happy with this appalling service ?

Book motoGP ticket for barcelona back in December 2025 for my partner Christmas present a 3day pass All seemed fantastic Thought we would make a holiday out of it booked flight hotel Flow out to Barcelona on 11th May Still had NO TICKETS I was beside myself the event was on 15th to17th After several emails Lots of Stress and Worry The tickets did come by email late on the 13th One day before the event We did have a fantastic weekend in the end But so stressful before
