your service has been first class. seats were perfect with excellent views of the track. half way up the stand so view not obstructed by gantry railings etc. we will most definitely book through global tickets again.

No response to enquiry
The ordering process went smoothly. Looked like a good place to order a package for the F1 GP in Spa/Belgium.
However, 3 times I had filled out the contact us form to ask a question and so far I got no reaction, never mind a reply. After spending a lot of money, this doesn't feel great and I wonder if everything will work out well...
Otherwise it would have been 4 or 5 stars
UPDATE: The support has been in touch, explaining a technical difficulty with the online form and answered my question. All good now.
UPDATE TO THE UPDATE:
And again, sent several messages, no reply. Eventually one of my questions was answered, no the other 3. Phone defaults to "all lines are busy". For such a high price product, I expect to be at least able to speak to a person or to receive prompt answers. Lets see if someone reacts to this...
