After being let down by a different company, we turned to Global Door. From the start Global Door's communication and help with our new door was excellent. (From design all the way through to installation and after installation). I am saying this because we needed to change when the door was delivered. Global Door was really helpful, and patient with us. We had an issue with the Door, which was rectified immediately. The quality of the Door itself is brilliant. I could not be happier with the level of Customer Service and the actual door, that has been provided. First Class company and how Customer Service relations should be, Thank you for my new door!

I wouldn't even give this company 1 star. Awful service from the beginning. I have had 5 door replacements in 5 years. All either bowed, terrible manufacturing. Now, Global Door have washed their hands off us and refuse to provide support. What a waste of money!! BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY AND DOOR QUALITY.

I had seen an example of Global Doors , new doors, so decided to order one. The process was easy with a little help from nick. the delivery went smoothly, I was kept informed when the fitters would arrive. The lads arrived, declined any tea/coffee and just got on with the job, they were efficent and tidied up after the work was finished. I now have a beautiful new door, that fits well and looks good, also competitively priced. I wouldn't hesitate to reccomend Global Doors, or use them again in the future
