Fantastic service. Incredibly smooth, joined-up approach from online quote through to (un-pushy) follow-up call then survey, fitting and fitting follow-up call. The individuals I spoke with (esp Carla) were friendly and helpful. The surveyors and fitters were equally helpful, professional and efficient, especially given they landed the coldest day in the year to brave the elements and fit our new door! Despite the Arctic conditions, the quality of their work did not appear to be rushed nor compromised.
Quality of door itself appears fine, aside from a small niggle that customer services advised me they would resolve if I send a video. The composite finish looks like an aesthetic upgrade on uPVC. Our upgrade to brushed aluminium handles was forgotten at the time of fitting but, as it turned out they would be only "aluminium look", I chose not to pursue this and was duly refunded. Overall the price was sensible and fairly competitive based on other quotes we'd received.
Paperwork regarding care and maintenance and evidencing the associated warranties was all emailed to me once the job was complete.
All-in-all we are very happy with this experience and our new door and how swiftly Global were able to organise for it to be fitted. We would certainly recommend this company and product.

The local contractors assigned by Global Door were absolutely brilliant, and the door itself is excellent quality. Great company, I created my door on their website, price was then given without obligation. Placed the order the week after, survey done week after that and door fitted on the date of my choice. The fitters were on time, did a great job, took away the old door and even hoovered up. Would highly recommend. Oh great price too!
