Excellent service by Austin took a while from my side but very patient all good very pleased very polite and helpful

Spencer was very helpful. Took time to search different routes for my trip to New Zealand in order to find the right flights for me.

Recently booked direct flights to Tokyo with Austin. He offered us the best price for business class where in others were higher.

Grace was most helpful an even arranged to sort out seats on our flight. I would recommend their services and thought the price paid was fair.

I’ve used Morgan before, and each time his service has been very good. He is incredibly professional, reliable, and attentive to detail, making the whole booking process smooth and stress-free.

Grace was incredibly helpful (and patient!!) helping us book our flights to Thailand - she went through so many different date options with us and did her absolutely best to get us the best price. We took up a lot of her time today and she didn't once make us feel rushed. She monitored the flight prices after we hung up so we could discuss as a family and called us when she noticed a sudden increase. We are very happy with the service we received and would definitely recommend Grace at Globehunters to friends.

This is a very unreliable agent. I strongly advise everyone to avoid using their services.
I purchased a ticket with rescheduling insurance, but when I needed to change my flight, they completely ignored my emails. I also tried contacting them multiple times via phone, but received no response at all.
This level of service is unacceptable and extremely frustrating.

I dealt with Morgan and he was excellent - persistent at gettign me what i wanted and followed up very well. He handled the changes i wanted without flinching, got me alternatives, and when there a better price, he pushed the team to match it.

Matched the advertised price for the flight. Took a while to get the e-ticket but it was delivered same day.

I saw flights advertised at around £1,000 per person and tried to book them on two separate days. Each time, I was redirected to an error message telling me to call instead. It felt like the low price was only there to capture my details and push me into speaking with a sales agent.
When I finally did speak to a representative, I was told the real price was over £1,500 per person. When I expressed how misleading this felt, I received a one‑word, dismissive reply and no attempt to help or explain.
If you’re using comparison websites, be cautious - the cheap fares appear to be a tactic to redirect you to their own site and upsell. I’d avoid this company based on my experience.
