Quick to get it to me but I haven’t installed it yet. So if I have any problems I wrote it up, I’m not expecting any issues

One of the only, if not the only place that had what we wanted in stock with no delays when everyone else said 8-10 weeks. Price was the best we found too. Customer service was very fast and responsive and helped us when we had an unforeseen emergency the night before delivery.

Website was great to use.. I placed my order and was contacted regarding what day suited best for the delivery.. whilst noting this, realised I may of ordered the wrong item.. a quick e-mail to support and they held the order from going out.. confirm what I needed and then sent the order.. all really easy and no stress.. Fireplace arrived and was really well packed on a pallet.. Looks great and will be using Glowingflames once we get to the other rooms/fireplaces.

Perfect inset gas fire.

I love my new gas fire. The high efficiency slimline Glasson in chrome looks fantastic in my front room and warms the whole downstairs. Very happy, highly recommend
