Or if they do after 500 attempts , they throw it in-front of the building despite the value of your purchase

Very poor service. Package supposedly out for delivery last Friday (after pretty long time to get to their depot). No delivery on Friday, nor Saturday, and message this Monday that it won’t be delivered today…. And no indication about when the delivery will be made (probably I must live out of their “easy delivery zone”.
Avoid shops that use cheap-GLS.

Why do companies even use this company. They never deliver due to reasons best know to them. Websites should stop using this scam as a company rather than giving high blood pressure to their customers.

3 times out of 3 package was lost / delivered to completely different location even if I was by the door waiting or delayed... Please do not use these people by any any any means. How do they stay in business is mindblowing to me.
Just the worst delivery service in Belgium
This is the worst delivery i have ever had, hands down.
Based on online reviews, it seems to he a really specific problem with GLS Belgium.
Long story short, GLS Belgium made me lose hours, emailing, calling, pushing, pulling. Overall very unpleasant.
Short summary of what went wrong:
- GLS indicated a double delivery attempt on a day both my gf and I were present, at 2h interval, and somehow we would miss both
- I believe that the driver indicated those attempts but never actually passed by, to save time during a busy xmas period
- i would expect GLS to attempt the next day(s)
- GLS never came again, went silent
- after multiple emails, in-site messages, etc... I finally got them on the line
- they maintained that everything was normal, had no proofs of passage, refused to come again, refused to make a gesture
- they forcefully requested a new address to make that delivery while refusing to deliver at my address. "Policy after 2 passages". My guess: they make money off the second address so it's a win-win for the driver and the business manager.
The package was now sent back to Germany after being stuck for 18 days in their warehouse, 20 km from my house.

The most disgusting experience in Berlin with delivery companies. Many problems with them.
One my parcel returned to sender without any delivery attempt after several days in depot.
One time they send the packages to parcel shop and say that I can pick up it during 8 days, but when I wanted to came in 3 days, they already moved parcels to depot.
Other time they said that returned parcels to seller, but in fact it was delivered in 2 days after seller refund items.
Other one stored in their depot and they do not want to deliver it.
They do not provide any kind of notification and suggest to look at tracking which is not accurate.

0 points... Ordered something online. Was supposed to receive the package at home. Never received said package. Not even an email to say where the package is, although the tracking showed it was delivered. After contacting the seller, they contacted GLS and they had an address of a parcel shop where the package was delivered. No respect whatsoever for the service the provide. No professionalism.

The worst courier experience I've ever had. DEFENITELY DON'T RECOMMEND!! No contact help in the weekend, doesn't deliver on Saturdays with normal delivery + are extremely slow.

Yesterday I'm waiting my package from bol.com and I received a mail from GLS that my package is delivered but I didn't receive and no body ring the bell.i send them a mail and she replied they send it to my address also the photo,but the photo is not my house, is in the other house I don't know who's that house.
They are not doing there job properly.

It has been more than 2 weeks, the status of my parcel remains "The parcel data was entered into the GLS IT system; the parcel was not yet handed over to GLS."
But on the other hand, the status of my parcel where I ordered updated to "arrived at local facility".
When I called the service, they were even yelling at me "I tell you the parcel does not arrive, it does not arrive!" Without me even finishing my question, she hang up on me.
For god's sake! Why they are not out of business?! I'm surprised how on earth they compete with other competitors in the market?!
Just to be clear the phone call was made on 24th June 2021 around 17h. The lady yelled at me on the phone is a French speaker! Is this the correct attitude to help clients?!
Given how poor their delivery service has already been, they cannot even do their main business right! How could I even expect a reasonable custom service? Horrible, horrible, horrible! Only a nightmare!!!
