They helped me deal with landlords, and I found my home thanks to this service. I recommend this service, but only if you have time because I waited for 3 weeks before being approved by the landlord

I rented my property for DSS tenants.The process it was easy if you have knowledge how to use internet because all it's was online. I just entered my income details on special online form and submit to the landlords. After couple of days I received an email with viewing appointment. I will definitely use again this service in the future.

This company told me over the phone that a payment of £285 must be made to start my application and then this amount will go towards my deposit. One agents told me that £285 is just to apply to see one property, another agent told me it's two or three applications and another agent was just rude. As if that wasn't enough their terms and conditions on their website tell completely different things ie the £285 is non refundable if you don't like a property. It took them 25 days to give me a refund. And they kept a fee too. Unreliable service and over the top prices.

Let's me to be honest. The service helped me relocate with my family. Customer service is good however sometimes takes longer to get response from the landlords and delayed me for almost one week. I don't want to complain because if not this company I probably will have to stay in the hotel.

I wanted to view a property but one can’t until you send money £280 for your application to be approved. This doesn’t sound right. It’s the wrong way round 🤨

I am very happy with this service. The company agent helped me find a property and comple the rental process within 2 weeks. The landlord approved my application without any problems.

I would like to recommend this service to anyone who has problems with time to search for dss property. I'm working and studying so I have no time to find a new flat. They help me allocate a new home.

Scam. Absolutely waste of time and money. I paid, in the moment I realised they don’t move one finger to help me, I asked for a refund ( even I knew I won’t get back the full amount I paid, doesn’t matter) obviously, I am being ignored.

I did pay with my partener an advance of more than 200£ and after we got no response at all. I will try to sue them if anyone from here can do the same thing maybe we could recover our money back, as I see there are more people that was scammed by this ghost company

To be honest, I really don’t know what to say or think but at first the representative seemed helpful then all of a sudden, every time I called for help or assistance the phone was put down or emails ignored?

My family are currently in a situation were we need help and support as we have been given a section 21 order by our landlord and I don’t understand why when I contact this company I am not being updated on the progress of any applications via email or phone?

I am constantly being told to wait for a response from the landlords but no body seems to be contacting us?

I have 2 young children and am very worried about our current circumstances and do not have much time to wait for something that may not even be a genuine source of help for a family who are on benefits because of medical problems?

Would be willing to change my review if things change regarding the help and advice I have currently received?

I used the services a month ago to help me find a landlord who can accept my low income. They helped me find a nice property. The good thing is They don't ask for an additional fee after one payment. Good job!
