Scam!!
They told me I have to pay £280 but didn’t let me view or apply for anything. I was so desperate for a home that I paid as I am homeless. Then I got to apply for homes but they never let me view any of the homes and in the end they never accepted any of my applications. They just waste your time like this. They don’t have any real addressees. They don’t even have an office. When I asked for my money back the lady became defensive. They avoid confrontation. There’s no option to complain either. Huge scam. There must be a way to sue them. My life’s money is gone now. Don’t be fooled like I was. Don’t sign up to them.

Join the club, or not, as the case may be
Suspicions aroused when, after successfully registering, one is informed that one's account will either be 'approved or rejected'. Accordingly, I was rejected one the spurious grounds that the details provided were "incomplete or incorrect" - a lame excuse, as it's impossible to register without completing all form fields, and it was auto-filled, which means it was correct. I suspect that individuals are subject to a vetting process with information gleaned from a postal address.
I've never heard of a site that decides one's fate AFTER registering, let alone a lettings agency which acts like an exclusive West End club.
