Good quality, fast service.

Shocking flowers, I ordered flowers for delivery on Thursday the 13th to be delivered on the 15th. I purchased the flowers in person and I got two hydrangeas a blue and peach coloured with a lily. The hydrangeas were completely the wrong colours, the lily was green with no colour when it was ,want to be pink and little greenery with them also they were all starting to die. The phone number on the package was wrong when arrived, the name was spelt incorrectly. I tried contacting them with phone multiple times to no answer, emailed them with no response. Terrible flowers and customer service I would recommend to avoid at all cost.

Very disappointed in the service. Ordered flowers in plenty time for Valentine’s Day. Non contact or anything from them no flowers delivered until late on the 15. And the flowers had already started to die. For the price of them not acceptable

I ordered flowers for Valentine's on the the 9th of February, so plenty of time for them to prepare and organise delivery. Well no contact from them, no tracking, day comes and goes no flowers. Valentines day was on Friday and DPD won't deliver them till Monday at the earliest, 3 days after they were supposed to arrive. I have tried calling and emailing them multiple times now but no answer or response

Absolutely no idea what time the flowers will arrive.
It's 8:30 on valentines day and still no flowers or any contact about them. They were ordered over a week ago. Shocking service.

No flowers ever arrived after spending 120 euro for valentines bouquet, chocolates and delivery.
There was no contact and no apology.

The recipient said the flowers were stunning

An error in my order occurred & the wrong bunch of flowers arrived.
I contacted Go Dutch & they rectified it very quickly, resending the correct flowers.
This was very much appreciated as this was for a special birthday.
Will definitely return with further business going forward.

I always use Go Dutch for flowers for my mom for occasions. The flower arrangements are always stunning and the video of the flowers gets sent to me prior to delivery to my mom. It is great to have the option for collection from the store also.

I always choose Go Dutch when I want to send flowers. The latest bunch was for my mother’s birthday and she loved them. Always happy with the lovely arrangements they make up and their customer service is great. I love the fact you get a video of the final product as I live overseas, so it’s great to see the finished product.

Ordered flowers and a balloon, driver lost the balloon and gave a box of chocolate as an apology, I called afterwards asking if they can send me another balloon and the woman on the phone just said “but you got a box of chocolates!” Well I didn’t order a box of chocolates now did I? She asked for my number to check with the driver if that’s possible and then never got back to me, great customer service !
