If there was less than zero that would…

If there was less than zero that would have been my score. 2 payments taken from my bank within 24 hours. I found the app did a 24 hour trial 50p to try and safely locate my grandson when he was with friends then the whole thing disappeared the following day £39.00 was taken from my bank for an apparent subscription that I never completed. I have contacted directly and they are not being helpful at all. They can see the app was never used and still won’t refund the money. Not Happy at all
