GoFax is an Aussie company and they're really nice, responsive and their website and product is user-friendly.
Beware of other "cheaper" companies that end up costing more because their prices are in $US and have no service during Australian hours.

Its a very easy to use service. I must admit my main use has been to send faxes which is fairly easy. A couple of times I have faced hiccups but have had very quick and efficient responses from the Customer Services team, both via chat and phone. My only regret is that the page kept refreshing itself far too quickly and I wasn't able to leave them the 5 stars they deserved! I do have a suggestion for the development team and that would be have a facility where a client can develop their own Address Book and use it independent of the Broadcast Facility. I often send faxes to the same facility but they are single page faxes sent at different times as they can be time critical. Such a service wold help me considerably. Thanks for a Good Service and looking forward to it becoming exceptional!!

The initial set up process was simple and Mandy was an excellent support. We have yet to start using the system so at present can't give feedback about how it functions, however so far so good.

From the time of my enquiry to getting set up, the staff I spoke with were very pleasant and helpful. They explained everything and were patient and offered useful guidance on which bundle would suit me best (and didn't try to push for a higher-priced package). The staff are very well-trained in customer relations.
What's more, the company is genuinely Australian owned.
(Beware of others that sound Australian or say they 'began' in Australia, but are actually American-owned. At least one will incur local bank fees for the faxes because they are international).
I have now sent and received several faxes using GoFax and it has been simple and works perfectly well.
I don't normally post reviews, but I am very happy to post this one.
