What fast service and a quality product. I would have given a 5* feedback but never received an e-Mail confirmation and when I sent a direct e-Mail I had no response. Shame a few little tweaks with customer service then think reviews would all be 5*

What crap service you provide and never received product which paired for

If I could give this a 0 I would, received an email saying my address was wrong!!!! So I sent my address again as requested, I had to email them asking where my goods were and they came back with the same rubbish about the address being wrong. Obviously orders and despatches don't communicate!!!!! Oh I still haven't received my goods after 3 maybe 4 weeks. They say they have issued a replacement sorry too late, Ordered from somewhere else received in 2 days. Sorry I won't be using you again.

The postman put my personalised slate though my letterbox , even although it said Fragile on the packaging. I emailed the company just to say what had happened. They replied quickly and sent a replacement. Even although it wasnt their fault . Fantastic service , definitely recommend Go Find A Gift .

I ordered an engraved frame and the writing was not even straight. It was meant to be a special present for Mother’s Day and I did not have time to arrange for another one to be made elsewhere. All they offered was a refund and asking for it to be returned. They should of offered to make another one and correctly this time and sent it for next day delivery to be here in time for Mother’s Day! Will not be using again.

If u could give this 0 stars i would absolute disgrace paid 8.95 to make sure my order would be here in time for Christmas didn't arrive expected date was the 19th gave it a by ball upto Xmas eve I've sent numerous emails with no reply or an update on my order when this has been promised to the recipient.. Still not arrived now the 29th of December and I would like my item!! So very angry!!!!

Ordered a personalized frame for my son's birthday, easy to use website. Was emailed straight away that delivery will be between 28th Sept-3rd Oct, with tracking information via Hermes. Got delivery today, a day earlier. Very happy with the product. Keep up the good work.

I ordered on the 5th December told it would be delivered between 8th and 14th December this came and went I told them I would not be in country after the 19th December and that it should not be sent so I suggest that they give me a refund they told me that they would send it after I get back to UK. I was fine with this only to receive a email saying they are putting it out for delivery 21st December to 3 rd of January. They have ignored what they agreed with. I am either going to come home to it on my door step or it will be stolen. I've emailed them again since now they are ignoring me. The service is non existent they are happy to take your money but not give it back. My advice is to keep clear don't buy from them they are no good at anything. If you do have a problem they ignore you. Don't buy shop elsewhere.

Ordered a Newspaper History of Middlesbrough FC. Paid first class, so that estimated delivery was well in the required timescale. Did not arrive, and when I queried it they just said it was in the post. Clearly wasn’t because a few days later I received an email telling me it had been dispatched!
When it arrived - later than required - very disappointed with the product. Bulk of the articles are from 2000 onwards. More like a 21st century history of Middlesbrough FC.
I would definitely not use this company again!

So disappointed. Ordered a personalised item, gave a timescale for delivery that was acceptable as for a works secret santa. Ordered in lots of time to arrive. Started to worry as it got closer - anyway long story short it didn't come in time. Requested and declined a refund as the gift was personalised - no ownership of the fact their timescales have missold me this item, it would not have been ordered otherwise. No refusing to answer my emails, and have not apologised. Absolutely terrible company to deal with, stay well clear. It would seem i'm not the only one lately from reading these reviews.....

Really disappointed ordered presents and a personalised memorial gift . Was promised it would be sent out by mid week this was 10 days after ordering . Website claims 3 days For dispatch . Sent emails without response . When I telephoned I was told that they could not tell me when it would be sent out with no explanation other than they have a issues . No guarantee of creating order . Such a sensitive gift poor customer service . However I was refunded immediately

Purchased what was described as a retro Arsenal top including personalisation. Delivered in a cheap frame, with name and number printed on red paper, no sign of a retro jersey, could of made myself. Absolute rip off, trading standards would rip the product description to pieces!!!

My daughter ordered a camper van birdhouse. She didn't receive a confirmation so thought the order hadn't gone through. She re-ordered, the following day 2 transactions were showing on her bank statement.

She contacted Find A Gift saying she couldn't cancel, it had been dispatched and to return it when it arrived. The recommend a tracked service.

I took it to the Post Office this morning, they want £5.80 to return it second class and £11.00 tracked!! The original item was less than £15.

Not been a good experience.

Really poor communication.
I ordered a present for my Daughter's birthday and delivery date came and went with no delivery!
I tried ringing them several times and got no answer, message them on FB and emailed them.

Eventually got a short email to say the product is discontinued and money had been refunded..too late for my Daughters birthday!

if they had actually bothered to communicate this I could of ordered from another company.

Excellent item, perfect for my nephew's christening. Item came on time. Would recommend to family and friends.

Made up with Brandy Glass and the writing on it. The parcel was bit bash and the box the glass came in was a bit bashed. Luckily there was plenty of wrapping around the glass. I like the way an email was sent to say goods had been despatched.
