Would give a zero if I could

Would give a zero if I could. Received 2 packages this morning. When I got them off the porch could tell 1 had been opened. Took pictures of package before I opened it. The ring I ordered was gone. Contacted them and followed instructions they gave me to show delivery and missing item. We'll see how it turns out.

If I could give no stars that would be my rating delivery driver left my package in the mailroom where there’s papers posted all over saying “DO NOT LEAVE PACKAGES IN MAILROOM” now my package was stolen because it was delivered to the wrong location even after putting my apartment number and them sending a email saying stay by phone in case driver needs to contact for access

Refused Delivery to Valid Commercial Address

Very disappointing experience with Gofo Express. They refused to deliver a package to a valid commercial street address that receives deliveries from major carriers every day without issue.

I made multiple calls to customer service and management trying to resolve the problem, but nobody was helpful or interested in finding a solution. Instead, the package was ultimately returned to the sender.

Poor communication, unhelpful support, and a frustrating experience from start to finish.

Lazy and terrible drivers they throw my…

Lazy and terrible drivers they throw my packages over the fence where anyone walking by can pick them up and walk away. My mailbox is only 20ft away from my gate yet every package delivered gets tossed right along my fence absolutely to not recommend.

Terrible service

Their service is horrible! Packages sit at each location for days! A 3-day delivery turns into 10-14 days. When the driver does show up, they're in a demolition derby car. I have no clue how this company is still operating.

If it was possible to give 0 stars I would. I live in a house with open access to it. Absolutely no one showed up to my house and no one tried to deliver my package, I would know since I was in my house all day and I have cameras. The driver refused to deliver my package and now apparently I have to wait 3 business days for my package to get delivered again. This is terrible service

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Every other delivery service has no issues finding my address but for some reason they can’t. Still waiting on my refund after packages returned to seller after many emails and phone calls trying to resolve. Will never recommend them and if I know they are being used it will influence future purchases.

Yesterday my package was supposed to be…

Yesterday my package was supposed to be delivered, but the driver claimed it was closed outside business hours. The outside stairs are accessible 24/7, so he could have used them or called me for the code to enter the security door and walk up to my place. Instead, he took the package back. The next day he was supposed to call so I could give him the code, but that didn’t happen. This has wasted my time for three days, and I’m furious with this lousy company and its organizers, so I gave them a one-star review.

Delayed deliveries

I've had 2 packages delivered from them and both times there were delays. Tracking shows package going back and forth between 2 cities. I received an email on Sunday saying package was out for delivery but it's now Thursday and it's still not here.

They are liars

They are liars. I live 30 minutes away from their hub and in a small town where there are dirt roads outside of town. I live in town on a paved road walking distance to everything in town. The drivers assume without taking the drive that I am 'undeliverable' and lie on the paperwork and say that I am on a dirt road and undeliverable. Then my product (after 2 phone calls from me) gets shipped back overseas. Poor excuse of a company and highly recommend that if you are ordering from a company that uses them, put a block on that company and save yourself massive stress.

This company is the worst company!

This company is the worst company have ever dealt They constantly not only do they throw packages they also leave packages at other addresses. My packages have been left unattended at vacant addresses that I no longer live at hence why packages were stolen. Not once 3 times now!

How is it even legal for this company…

How is it even legal for this company to still be in operation? Hands-down, the worst delivery service on the planet. If you buy from a company, who uses this service just know that there’s a 98% chance that you probably will not receive it.

But there is a small chance you get your package. After talking to someone at USPS, they said that GOFO drivers also have quite a reputation for stealing packages

Cringe worthy

I honestly cringe when I see an order is being shipped by this company. First off I think I could drive to the location to pick it up faster than they would.

Second, a man with yellow hair, multiple piercings and looking completely high got out of his car, stood about ten feet from my door and threw the package against my door. I’m not sure I wanted him to know where I lived!!

Heaven forbid a package is lost. You’ll get nowhere trying to find it.

Unfortunately sellers are using GOFO without telling the customers they use it. That should tell you something.

What a joke of a company this is

What a joke of a company this is. Never again will I shop from a merchant that uses GOFO as their shipper. Tracking page provides little information, is not current. Package took 10 days to get from Florida to Tennessee. Customer service is non existent. Horrible

They just cant deliver and return your item after one failed attempt

worst delivery, never had issue with my corp address, but they failed on delivery two times. I called customer service twice and gave them UPS address to pickup as they suggested, then guess what they returned it to the sender.

They had probably the best AI customer service line, but theyd better spent money on their incapable delivery man instead

Ordered on ebay and seller used this…

Ordered on ebay and seller used this shipper. 6 days goes by and never got tracking information. Seller claims they lost the package and said they will send another one by USPS. Wish I could have given a negative star. Don't use this as a shipper you will never get your package.
