Seeking Legal.They are involved in a brushing scam…

They are involved in a brushing scam operation. Everyday I get a package for Juan Pablo on 34th St I'm on 36th st and no Juan Pablo here ever I been here at this address for 29 years. The driver only spoke Chinese. I done all I can without legally trespassing them which will come soon because the packages won't stop delivering.

GOFO is Probably Not as Bad as the Reviews Make it Out to Be

Said they were out for delivery starting on a Sunday morning, which I though was weird. I ended up getting my delivery the following Monday afternoon. The corner of the outer box and box inside were scuffed, but the contents were completely fine.

I'm not going to claim they are a good delivery service, especially with only a sample size of 1 delivery, but I think they are better than the reviews make them out to be. People who don't receive their package are far more likely to be vocal about it and leave a 1 or 2 star review.

The other alternatives to shipping have just as bad reviews on this website, so I wouldn't let these reviews make you uneasy. Optional reviews are far from the most accurate evaluation method.

Hey have 5 of my orders since April 8…

Hey have 5 of my orders since April 8 third is the 16th still no delivery. They say they need instructions which I have talked to them 6 times I’m told problems are fixed and orders will be shipped in 1 to 3 days well a week and nothing yet and one order was returned to sender.

Pathetic

First of all this company is so unreliable. Website and delivery not updated in real time. They did not even try to deliver a surprise Easter gift. After 2 weeks of doing nothing it got sent back to the company I purchased it from. Absolutely pathetic. I will not do business with any company that uses GOFO. When I called customer service they flat out lied to me. They also lied to the recipient. I cannot believe they are even in business.

I gave them one star

I gave them one star, but if they could get zero, they would get zero stars I ordered from them and above all it’s supposed to be the United States Postal Service stamps that I ordered the United States Postal Service remember which never got delivered four times which is stupid of me, but four times I paid for stamps to be delivered and they never get them and they tell me that they were delivered then I finally get a letter or a little notice on my email stating that their suspected to be lost really lost but will they replace them or give me my money back I keep fighting for this. This has been going on since January do not if the company delivers from this people do not I repeat do not use them. They are a big fraud a scam whatever you wanna call it that’s what they are because they do not follow through on anything.

DO NOT use this service

DO NOT use this service. They never delivered packages and sent a google satellite map of our area, as proof of delivery. We also have video cameras, that show they never delivered.

I am happy that my bear cup that I ordered from Temu that was delivered through GOFO was delivered in one piece without my bear cup being damaged and I do appreciate how it came exactly like how it was in it’s picture however I do wish GOFO that you would put on your packaging. Item is fragile please handle with care or caution item maybe fragile please handle it with care something along those lines letting the delivery driver know that the item is fragile and that it should be handled with care because when I looked at my packaging, it didn’t say anywhere on the packaging that the item was fragile, which is sad because some items are fragile and that is one of the most important things that you guys should add on your packages so the delivery driver knows to handle the package with extra care, especially because it is made out of glass and it is fragile and that it could break easily so GOFO I do wish when you ship out fragile items in the future that you put somewhere on a packaging, letting the delivery driver know that the item is a fragile item, and that delivery driver will know to handle the item with the upmost care and also the other items that I had received through GOFO I wasn’t happy with how to delivery driver would just throw them on my front porch even though there wasn’t a fragile item. I still didn’t appreciate that they would just throw the item on my front porch because that was kind of rude and disrespectful because what if the item was fragile and they just threw it on the front porch and if I were to open it, it would be shattered because of it being fragile and I just don’t like how GOFO would sometimes throw my items on my front porch as if they don’t care what’s inside of the packaging I get it you can’t see what’s inside of the packaging, but that still doesn’t make it right for you to just throw it on my front porch or on anyone’s front porch in that matter and there is my review and that is all I have to say

I would give a negative star review if…

I would give a negative star review if possible. This place is a joke! They never delivered our package stating they couldn't find our house, yet when talking to one out of the 5 reps we had all week, they were able to (I assume) google my address and describe what my home looked like. We were told a ticket would be put in every time we called, but no tickets seemed to be entered because no one was able to see anything done the other 4-5 times we called. We also weren't able to talk to a supervisor and were told one would call us back that day which of course never happened. They never updated the shipping info on their website which is why we had to keep calling back and at one point we were on hold for awhile just to be disconnected. Still don't have the package!!!!!

gofo is a GONO

Should be less than one star. I Got an AI phone call stating they could not deliver my package. NO reason. They called me, not to retry the delivery, just to let me know they wouldn't deliver. I could not talk to a real person and AI "Understands." I called them back, I took too long to find my tracking number, (my fault, I should have had it handy) it hung up on me just as I found it.

My packaged contained fragile materials…

My packaged contained fragile materials and my box came smashed up which damaged the item on the inside. All of my packages delivered from this carrier come damaged. I have decided not to order from sites that use this carrier. This is ridiculous.

My GOFO delivery arrived today

My GOFO delivery arrived today. Once again, my day is ruined. This company has delivered packages to me twice now. And both times, it was a negative experience. The first time, their driver didn't even approach the house; he simply tossed the package onto the driveway. Today, they threw the package *at* my door (and by "at the door," I mean it slammed into the door and then fell onto the ground). Guys, I used to think FedEx was the worst company out there. But you’ve completely outdone them with your rudeness and utter disregard for your customers. If it were possible to give a negative rating, I’d slap you with a -10.

Horrible delivery personnel throw packages to your front door and don't have any respect for customers. Will no longer order anything from Shein after this happened several times.. This is the worst delivery service I've ever dealt with

I wish I could give them zero stars

If I could give them zero stars, I would. Their customer service is a joke. They refuse to re-deliver my package and then when I called, they claim that my package was abandoned and refuse to allow me to pick it up, even though their warehouse is local. I get my mail at the UPS store and they constantly tried to deliver when the UPS store is closed. When I called Customerservice they hang up on me. When I use the WhatsApp Customerservice, they disconnect the live agent. Absolute trash I wish vendors would not use them.

If I could give this a zero star I…

If I could give this a zero star I would .Customer service , delivery of package you never receive and then when u call , they keep tossing u back and forth .Worst experience ever . They never deliver your item to you but to wrong addresses and non challant about their mistakes and not willing to learn to correct their mistakes
