Amazing Staff
I had a really great experience with the Freddie staff. They were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The best part was how they showed compassion by making sure I was comfortable before ending the virtual consultation.

The staff are incredibly knowledgeable, caring, and helpful throughout the process. It’s so much simpler than having to go to my family doctor to get a requisition and then get a prescription. I’m really enjoying it. Give it a try, you won’t be disappointed!

There's no judgement here. Everyone I've interacted with has been easy to talk to and low to no stress.

Shady financials
I ordered several times. In the beginning it was ok. Last two times they overcharged me 2x and the second time 3x. I complained and asked them to cancel the over order on their end. They cancelled the whole order and did not tell me. They are very shady in their business services. They over order and change your price! I will 100% be looking to go elsewhere. I rarely write reviews, but this is shady business and you should know.

Freddie is the absolute best
Freddie is the absolute best. They treat you with kindness and as a human. I appreciate that it truly is DISCREET. Conversations about sexual health can feel heavy and judgmental, but this didn't. I've tried other sexual health approaches and this feels most simple, kind, and easy to navigate.
